Shadow Ventures (PTY) LTD is a Botswana-based one-stop business process outsourcing (BPO) centre for member-based organisations. We take over the day-to-day administration of trade unions, associations, social clubs, cooperatives and teams, so that their leaders can focus on members, growth and representation.

Most member-based organisations are led by volunteers or elected executives with full-time jobs of their own. Records, collections, meetings, accounts and member communication often depend on a few people, and are disrupted every time leadership changes. Shadow Ventures provides a permanent, professional administrative engine behind the organisation.

We bring together the skills of our sister companies and partners, covering business support, accounting and tax, project management, legal, technology and multimedia, under one contract, one point of contact and one monthly report. Our project management discipline means every service is planned, measured and reported, not just performed.
